Fresh water pearl necklace

I bought a deal from daddy's deal which included fresh water pearl necklaces which I never received with the pendants that I purchased.. I have sent numerous requests to support@daddysdeals since the 20th Dec 2013 and to date no one has replied which is extremely disappointing as I bought this deal for Christmas presents which I could not give on Christmas Day as I never received the fresh water pearls necklaces. I am extremely upset as no one has come back to me... I would like to know how daddy's deals is going to compensate me regarding this matte
