I payed my account on the 23rd of February 2013, but when I tried to buy the following day I was told I owe Rage and haven't paid my account. showed the lady that was assisting the receipt for payment, and she was not willing to help me at all... all what she told me is the head-office is closed and theres nothing she can do. I didn't understand what was going on and I asked her to atleast try to call but she refused and at this point I have 5 staff members looking at my account and giving me attitude... as if Iam a bad payer... well I don't really know who hires this people cause most of the shops I have been to are full of a bunch of who cant even calculate a simple instalment, are this people selling sweets or shoes cause they do act like they are in a Spaza shop... well I emailed their head-office and to date I haven't received a response but an sms saying my account is now arrears for 60 days I mean? I have been paying this account every month and no one ever told me that my account is in arrears on top of that when I asked for a statement to be emailed they tell me they cant... sies
