So, my life has to be stuck 4 a lousy R62

Had an account at rage I was paying the account, went for a un paid maternity leave on dec the little money I got from uif I paid them, to my surprise I never received any call from their collections that my account was over due with R62.never received any notification, I want to apply for a car finance I cant because rage listed me on mis conduct on bureau commitment, how come because I was not aware, I phoned head office and they sent me a paid up letter, I have paid the account accordingly and i was told my name will be removed after 2 years, i cant wait for two yeasr for an account that is paid in full even worse R62.00 I have paid it. I am not happy with the service, i have other accounts but i never experience this...
