Firstly, I'm writing on behalf of my mother who has an account with Homechoice. Her details full names are Motshedisi Elizabeth Ntshaba. Her first order with HomeChoice was settled last year, not certain of the exact month. Although she told the sales lady she was getting paid on the 10th of each month yet they kept billing her for the end of each month and her account ended up with arrears which she decided to pay as no one was listening to her plea. Despite of all this, she placed her second order and still explained to the consultant that she gets paid on the 10th of each month and she doesnt want what happened the last time happen again. A couple of months later my mom's account is on arrears as she's billed at a date that best suit them and not her. Sadly, these people have the nerve to call my mother every single day, more than once a day harassing her about her account. My mom has had such a BAD experience with Homechoice that she's sworn this was her LAST order which I truly support. I'm writing this because I would not allow my mother to be ripped off twice for arrrears that she knows nothing of. Lastly, they should stop calling her everyday trying to sell her more staff.
