SCAMMING PENSIONERS WITH FORCED SALES!!!

I am absolutely disgusted and in the process of reporting this to the NCR. My mother had a account with Homechoice, she was then behind with payments and they started hounding her. They handed the account over to VVM, which I then settled and gave instructions that they must close account; as she is a pensioner 64yrs and cannot afford it. 3 months later they have SOLD her merchandise AGAIN, not once but twice. She told them she doesn't want those things, they sent them anyway. You've handed this persons account over previously yet, you go back and sell her stuff? IMMORAL!!! I phoned their customer service about 6 times and Everytime I was promised a call back from a manager till today. I told them they must come collect their stuff as they arranged for delivery, but no one ever followed up. So today the very same VVM called her for payment, I lost it.
Homechoice you are scamming people, selling them things they don't want. I am going to ask your COO Annalize Kirsten if this is how her ops departments operate? That is why I will never ever buy anything from Homechoice cause of the stories told about you. So this time I am going to make sure the law takes its cause on HOMECHOICE!
