No baby bag from Mom and Tots Clu

My wife registered for the Mom and Tots club last year at the Park Meadows branch and we expected a call to collect our free bag since we are well into the third trimester. We have been to the branch twice and I have escalated through the Dischem site and phoned the contact centre with no response. I was supposed to receive a call back but am still waiting.

The branch first said we must wait a bit longer. The second time they said we must find out which branch list we are on, as it was not theirs. They could not provide us with the information themselves. They asked us to check at the Blu Bird branch where we first registered for the Dischem loyalty card. Blue Bird branch said they will call back, but never have. We spend a huge amount every month at the Park Meadows branch.

I can easily purchase my own bag and its contents, its not about the value. It is the principle and poor customer service that is the issue. And no one seems to be bothered to assist or give prompt feedback.

You should rather discontinue this offer, due to the poor customer service, if you cannot follow through on it.
