Baby Bag not received and baby already 2weeks old

I went to your Blue Route mall branch on 25th March and purchased over R400.00 worth of baby products and nappies for our new addition. We nomally spend - R1000.00 a month on products / medicine for my family. I then registered my card on your website and saw that you have a baby section. I checked the baby section and saw that if we purchase over R300.00 then we can get a free baby bag.

I then went to your Blue Route mall branch the following day to fnd out how to go about registering for the bag. A lovely lady helped me and took all my details and completed them online. She was not sure how the baby bag worked so told me to come bag when the customer service consultant was in, which was to be at 10am. I went back that afternoon to seak to her and she said they have sent an email to Head office and she will let me know within 1 week to 10 days that m bag is ready... well I am still waiting for the call.
I called Dischem headoffice yesterday and spoke to a Jenny on the customer care line and once again still waiting on feedback.
Went to Dischem Blue Route today and again spoke to the customer service lady again and she was very rude and would not help... where is the service...
