Told it may take 2 wks to send CORRECT item bought

Yesterday I purchased online 2 CD's. I double checked the format before ordering and online it says the format is CD. Today I recieve the DVD! I want to take the CD with me when I leave for the next 2 weeks. I get told they must first arrange for it to be collected, then there is a process to exchange and then only will the correct item be sent?! Then I tell the supervisor that they should make some sort of plan that I get it either today or tomorrow as it is seriously not my fault their dispatchers and internet ordering system is not up to date... nope, she doesn't even know if it is in stock. It was offered that it gets delivered to where I am staying next week. I wanted the CD to give to my fiance before I leave this weekend! Once again, Kalahari has let me down.
