Big hoohaa about Moms 'n Tots but nothing!!!

I joined the Dischem Moms 'n Tots programme and was told that i would receive a free bag during my third trimester after spending R300 or more. I have emailed customer care at Dischem probably about five times regarding my bag which i have never received and have not had ONE single response.

Stores must not advertise false promotions as it reflects very poorly on their image. I am disappointed at the fact that i haven't been contacted as yet or even had any responses to my queries.
I will advise all other pregnant friends out there to not waste their time and join the Moms 'n Tots club.
