NO GOODIE BAG AND BAD SERVICE

In Jan 2013 I opened an account call moms and tots whereby I could earn loyalty points and if I spend well over R 300.00 I would be entitled to a free goodie bag. I spent well over R 300 in early February and they said
they would call me as soon as my bag came from the head office according to their waiting list. I then called 4 weeks later and they had told me that my name is on the waiting list and that my goodie bag would arrive anyday now. I then went back to their branch to check why they have still not called me and they told me they are still waiting for the head office and even left my number with the lady at the help desk and still know response from Dischem, Canal Walk. Could you please assist. Thanks.
