DISGUSTING SERVICE

I called the Dis Chem Greenstone Branch on Monday the 28th Oct to pre-order my medication where I was informed that unfortunately my script had been loaded incorrectly and could only be collected at the Park Meadows branch. I contacted Park Meadows, spoke to an abrupt gentleman who took down my details of the order. I asked him if this was the last repeat and requested that a sticker stating that this is the FINAL repeat be placed on each of the boxes. On Tuesday, When I arrived, the lady behind the counter (Kelebogile) was busy with another customer. I stood behind the customer, when the customer left i stepped up towards to the counter. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged and I was IGNORED! There were a further TWO people standing right behind her who stared straight at me but still did NOT acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. Then finally Kelebogile greets me, I advise her of the details of my scripts that I was there to collect. She comes back with medication and realises that it has been dispensed INCORRECTLY. NO FINAL Repeats placed on the box like I requested, my meds were incorrectly dispensed and I had to wait. Whats the point of phoning your order in???
