Not IMPRESSED!

On the 27.02.13 i received an sms stating to please call this number and quote the reference provided in the sms. Normally people get smses with reference quotes if they are in arrears. I called and heard it was an attorneys, (baffled) no answer on several occassions.
I called back today, quoted the reference and was asked my name. Queried as to why i received this message and was told that my account is in arrears??? How??? Payment was made two days prior and way before the due date the account should be paid?
Seriously not impressed, i going to pay up my account and close it because this is pathetic!
