Glass in my salad

Went up to Food lovers for breakfast, ordered a kebab with salad. While eating my salad, i heard a loud crunch, and proceeded to spit out the contents, turns out there was some kind of red glass in my salad.

The lady serving us was helpful and apologetic, but has said that they have had problems with this supplier before. She called her manager, who didn't even come and see us. Only after getting back, i realise i have cut the inside of my mouth.

Very unpleasant experience!
