Store Owner Not Bothered

I bought some chicken strips from PnP 09.01.2013 only to find them smell and taste of fish. I called the owner Neville Smit whose response was " Not again! This has happened before and I have had a word with them but clearly its happenning again". He kindly requested I come in the next day which I did. As a good patron I requested the chicken strips be replaced and was offered a taste before giving it to me. I advised it seemed fine and they can proceed to replace the chicken strips. At the same I got some salad from the salad bar - to be exact I got a bit of greek salad, some carrot salad and some chicken salad paid and left. But something told me to look at the salads - I found a hair in my carrot salad and took it back immediately. One of the managers behind the ifo desk helped me. I asked to please tell what sghe sees wrong with the salad and she confirmed there was in it. I asked for a replacement salad and advised Neville of this. His arrogant response was " It's highly unlikely as they all wear hair-nets". At that very momoent the other manager returned with a replacement salad and confirmed the hair was in the salad.
