Very badly cooked calamari experienced twice!

It has happened twice now that I've bought calamari from the deli that's been incredibly rubbery and obviously over cooked. Its very annoying to buy something and get home to find out it tastes quite. Pick n pay in claremont always has good calamari, cooked well! I'm just saying if you are going to sell a product like calamari please cook it better!!! Pnp deli no more!
