Ocean Basket
Disappointed

We have always purchased food from Ocean Basket Karaglen. Today we had ordered a Calamari Steak and fish with a salad. When we had received our take aways we were very disgusted and disappointed. The Calamari Steak MAIN MEAL which cost R65.00 might have well been a starter that is how small it was, measuring in 6cm, to which i got told it was 230grams. RUBBISH, We had ordered a salad with the meal, which was half the normal size to what we normally get. When I had called and spoke to the Manager Kenneth, I explained the situation to him, to which he said he would speak to his superior and get back to me, on phoning me back, there was nothing that he was going to do about the situation and told me that its unfortunate that the steak had shrunk, no care and not really worried about losing customers. It is absolutely shocking how firstly they can "rob" you with charging you the earth for food that are starters portions. it has left us upset and hungry.. i have never had this problem with an ocean basket until now.
