Unacceptable

I bought some stationery from CNA in Green Acres in PE yesterday whilst in PE on a business trip. I had to use the till right on the side and for some reason there isn't space for customers to stand there. I had to hand my goods and my card over another customer who was standing at the next till. I offered to come around but the lady at the till said that it wasn't necessary. I paid with my store card, all of this over the customer's head. The lady then brought me my bag around the counter and I left. When I got to my hotel room and to my surprise, there was Christmas Chocolates, discounted to R10-95 in the bag and on the till slip as well. This was therefore slipped into the purchase due to the fact that I couldn't see what was going on. I know it is a low amount but I feel cheated and robbed. This is unacceptable! You need to do something about this.
