Worst service I've experienced

To whom it may concern

I placed an order by phone, so that I could just pick up the food when i went past.
I stood to the side where normally customers can pick up their food and pay, I have done this many times because I often buy food from Nandos.
I stood there for at least 15 minutes, no-one offered to help, eventually i manged to ask someone if i can pay for my take away, the lady told me to stand at the back of the queue where people are ordering from.
I told her that normally I pay at the other counter for take outs when I've ordered by phone, she just waved her hand and said go stand there.
After another 20 minutes of waiting, I get to the front where the manager is the only person who is operating the till.
I asked her why i couldn't pay at the other till like i normally do, she said nothing.

She got my food and told the lady who I spoke to earlier to change my chips because they were cold,
the other lady then filled my chips packet with her hands that she had been using all over the restaurant.

I told her that this was unacceptable and she just walked off.

This service is disgraceful.
