BILLED FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ORDERED

I received a phone call (one of many) asking me if I am interested in a electro vibe machine. I explained to the person on the phone that I am a T6 paraplegic and therefore have no use for this device, however, it was delivered to my house. I sent it back straight away without signing anything and sent an e-mail on the same day being 14 March 2012 to their support division explaining that I never ordered this device as I cannot make use of it. To date no reply was received from them but they had the audacity to take the money from my credit card which is, according the consumer act, . I still receive many calls but have to speak to people that are so incoherent that you cannot understand a word they say. What do I do now to get my money back? Thank you.
