Ewards vouchers NOT ARRIVING!

I religiously swipe my woolworths card when I shop at Woolies, I am at a Woolworths sometimes 3 times a week and spend an average of R 600 to R 1200 at a time. I have my rewards and my school cards for a reason.
Since I have had the rewards card, I have had to ASK where my vouchers are every time! Woolworths have insisted on POSTING them and I have explained OVER AND OVER that I don't receive my mail regularly enough. They have sms'd me my vouchers in the passed, of which some never register, or simply don't work. I have complained over and over about this and the recent lot have now EXPIRED end of Nov, and I received them a few days before the month ended. Woolworths think this is okay and will not resend the vouchers. i tried to use them last week, NONE WOULD REGISTER at the till, which extended my visit to Woolworths, in the line waiting for an extra 20 minutes!
If its okay to EMAIL my statements, then surely it should be sufficient to EMAIL me my vouchers, which I have requested, OVER AND OVER, OR, to SMS them to me, when they are supposed to be sent, NOT AT THE END OF THE MONTH WHEN THEY ARE ABOUT TO EXPIRE! Last week I was FURIOUS, AND STILL, I HAVE NOT POSITIVE FEEDBACK
