Rude management and wrong labelling

Today my wife was at the Clicks Store at Vincent Park and took off the shelf an item (The Best of Dirty Works) marked at R80 with a big sticker on the shelf stating 50% off. At the till she was told that the item is R80 and the 50% had already been deducted. Asking for the manager she waited at least 10 minutes for Mr Lukas Maku to arrive. He told her that the price was after the 50% discount. When she asked him if he had not heard of the Consumer Protection Act, that the price you see is the price you pay. He said yes, and then ironically refused to accept that the shop had erred in their pricing. As my daughter had already put her heart on the item my wife payed the R80. I find this absolutely shocking and to make matters worse is that this Mr Maku started removing all the stickers showing 50% off and taking them to a back room. He was extremely arrogant and was not at all interested in making a customer happy.
