Fantastic Sunday Deal - limited to 2 per custome

I arrived at Makro Wonderboom, at 9:03, 3 minutes after they had opened and headed straight to the tool department to buy 1 of the drill sets as advertised above. As I approached there were 4 left which a Single customer grabbed and loaded into his trolley. Unhappy at this I requested the salesman to intervene as the ad stipulated 2 per customer, he refused. I then demanded to speak to the the sales manager, Mr Sipho duly arrived but didn't seem keen to stamp his authority.By this time the customer had disappeared down another aisle, I told Mr. Sipho I'd find him which I did, he then made a half-hearted attempt to explain that the deal was limited but was given a complete hackneyed answer that the the customer had two cards and would therefore buy both. This is an absolute nonsense if the staff authorized to apply policy cannot we are not far from fisticuffs in a Makro store. I traveled 30km to buy this product, Mr. Sipho has my card, I eagerly await his and Makro's response as to whether I am to be compensated with a similar deal in view of his inability to deal with this situation.
