This is my 3rd complaint regarding the credit profile issue. Yesterday I did an application for limit increase on my credit card and it came up that I am still owing R1 on spitz account. I have stated that I want formal written communication stating that I am not associated to any Spitz account and that my name has been confirmed and cleared with the credit bureau. Very disappointing to see that in fact nothing has been done as the credit bureau still reflects me as owing R1 to Spitz.
