Its not everyday that you get great service but this 2 ladies made my life easier by jst doing the basics brilliantly .i went to canal walk saw something i liked and the following day i wanted to place an order for a personalised necklace with them and no one could assist me it went on for half of my day which canalwal sales lady suggested i phone .head office, and they referred me to my nearest American Swiss branch which was westgate. Madenieja wasnt really sure what to do but she didnt hesitate to find out, she was assisted by Gail of head office and the help of Gisla, the feedback i got was within the time frame they promised. with their help i got to give my baby girl a perfect gift
