Useless customer service

I bought a dunlop ultra ti squash racket, last week thursday, after playing with it 3 times the string snapped, so I took it back today, first they told they is no guarantee on squash rackets, then the useless assistant manager told me they is someone who knows about strings coming in tomorrow who will look at it, because dunlop will take about 14 days to them to come in and check it. I then spoke to a nice lady working there, and she picked up the phone and phoned the dunlop rep who said he will come in on thursday to look at it, so afterwasting 45 min in the store they check it in. So I can't play squash and have to wait and see what the the dunlop rep says. I looked at other comments on this website about sportmans warehouse and apparently I am not the first person to have this problem. My problem is also according to the consumer protection act I can ask for they refund or exchange, but they think they are above the law and are unwilling to do that. Now I must waste my time going back and forth to sort out this problem because of useless service.
