Quality - what's gone wrong???

Woolworth's stands for quality right?? That is what we pay such high prices for. I generally don't have a problem with that however: The products are no longer as reliable fresh and clean as we might assume. I have twice during the past week bought bananas one from each of the branches above, and when I get home the fruit is bruised. This is not your standard. I could always say, "Even though they are pricier - at least you know when you buy from Woollies you can use everything, not throw half of it away". That is Spar standard. Then yesterday I bought a Greek salad and the lettuce leaves taste like disinfectant, and they have brown edges, as from "aged" leaves.

Maybe whoever is packaging these products are being careless and should be replaced.

Must say I am disappointed in this and will start looking around at alternatives if I notice any more of these drops in standard.
