TYRE RECAL PROMISE NOT HONOURED

Dunlop agreed to fit 4 brand new tryes to my Vehicle. I visited the Dunlop office twice all ready and it could not be done. David then tells me on the Wednesday morning that he cannot fit the tryes as his system is down. He then inturns gives me a voucher to fit tyres at another dealership. I visited the Dunlop Marlbro Dealership on Friday the 1st and they advise me they dont have stock and that I need to pay for Balancing and Fitment. If there was not a a problem with these tryes i would not have to pay for anything, I dont see why the consumer needs to bear the brunt of these cost.. The service from Dunlop and would have expected them to go all out to resolve the issue. My Fiance now drive an unroadworthy Vehicle thanks to Dunlops exceptional service...
