Noisy tyres, ignored by Dunlop

Hi, I have sent at least 5 emails to the marketing department of Dunlop tyres re noisy SP 6060 tyres.
They just ignore my emails. Do you think the problem will disappear if you ignore it?
Contact me at least, it is not only me complaining, I know of at least 1 other guy who have the same complaint!
I allready took the car to Dunlop Montague Gardens, we have established it is definately the tyres and not wheel-bearings or uneven wear.
