Well I fell in love with a an orange bag and i bought it at Canal walk-CT the sales Lady promised me that I will not have any problems exchanging the bag if something happens to the bag since i stay in KZN. Well after 2 weeks I was left without a bag because it broke on one side. I visited JNB for 3 weeks and went to 3 different Malls but could not exchange the bag because there is only one branch manager for the entire JNB and Pretoria and she makes the final decisions! How is this possible for someone to be in charge of so many shops and what happened to good service and costumer care. Customers need to wait or leave their exchanges so that she come after a day or two to check and do the exchange? This is crazy why don't they just close the door because one person can do the job and the people they have hired are incompetent! I an really angry and disappointed with ZOOM spending so much money for what you think is quality and then being treated like nothing at the end of the day.
