Sells defective pairs of Raybans

I purchased 2 pairs of Rayban sunglasses from Sunglasses hut in July. They are all so ready to sell thhe most expensive pairs. Just try it for yourselves and see what happens the moment you walk in there.
So I have a really expensive pair of avaitors which has now lost a on the lense. So i take it 2 of the Sunglasses huts and none are able to fix it. They refer me to an optometrist, so after much frustration I did and the optometris attempted to fix it but found that the pair Sunglasses hut sold me did not have a washer bit where the goes in and they glasses cannot hold the srew now with out the washer bit in. So the optometris then fixed the both lese crews withut the washers since none of these Sunglasses huts are able to fix or at least exchange since this was a defective pair to begin with. What kind of back upservice is this!?
