Poor customer service / no feedback

I bought a daddy deal voucher or checkers and went to use it on monday at somerset west checkers. I did my shopping and got to the till and the cashier saidsorry i dont know what this is. So i asked her to call a manager and Gale the admin manager came to help me. She said sorry the voucher number they gave you is wrong and they will contact daddys deals on tuesday and phone me on tuesday. Tuesday came and no phone call - I got a voucher number myself on tuesday and did my shopping AGAIN and at the till I asked to see Gale and the lady said she doesnt know who Gale is and quite frankly she didnt care. Gale arrived and said sorry invalid voucher number again. Then she said she could not get hold of daddys deals that day. She could have at least phoned me to tell me that. So my time was wasted for a second day in a row. While she was talking to me at the till on tuesday, her cell phone rings and she answered it! Unbelievable. I looked like such a fool at the till while 5 staff were watching me. So rude and I promise you I will never put my foot in that store ever again, and I think its great that I know LOADS of people in the area because they will probably not go there again... ever.
