I opened an account... was told to bring my ID I did so... when I get to the till to activate my card the cashier told me tht she can't help me because I don't have a copy of my I D I then went on to tell her tht nobody said anything about a copy... if I was told so I was gona bring it... but she just walked away... I asked to. See the manager to chom I explained my story but instead of helping he told me that there's nothing he can do... problem is nowhere in the confirmation sms says anything about bringing a copy of my I D and to be treated like im a confused woman in a shop filled with people is just wrong!
