Rude

Good day

I applied for a account at Mr price and received the mail stating my account is approved and that I can go to any Mr price a must just bring a copy of the mail and my ID book. When I got there the lady told me that I must give a copy of my id as it does not state that in the mail.so I told her that, that is not what the mail said and the in a rude manner she told me well you have to bring a copy of your ID, so I took the paper turn around and said this is pathetic, and the all the staff start laughing at me! SO is this how Mr price treat their clients, I will never go to jacaranda MR price again and the sad thing is every always tells me that the people at jacaranda are rude and when I told everyone what happen they start laughing because this was nothing new. Nice new client and you get treated like we are nothing!!!
