I was contacted by Nedbank to offer me a credit card, I accepted. They verified all my details an I informed the callcenter I am currently staying with my parents and no bill arein my name, I was informed this was not a problem and I should bring a utility bill. On the 10 October I went to collect the card. I waited 30min in the Que as there was 1person helping with collections. When I was assisted, I was informed to get a declaration filled in.unfortunately my mum made a copy of the form I signed and she filled it in. On Monday, 14th the I went back and waited in again for over 20 min as again there was 1 person helping, when I was served, I informed the lady what had happened and asked her if I could just resign the form as you can see my signature is a copy, I was informed to have the form refilled, I did an went back the later, but after waiting another 20 min I gave up and went back to work. Tuesday, 15th, went again, after a 30min wait in a que I gave up and spoke to Siliziwe, I was informed to come back tomorrow and she will assist me. I went today was assisted by helping me to the que, 15min. Now I have been informed that they will not accept a copy of my mums ID.
