My ID used to open another person's account

I visited an FNB branch in Diepsloot in 2009 to be told that i have an existing account with them which i don't know and which and have not opened. Then i was told to come with a prove of identification from Home Affairs which i did get, but when i got there i was told they could not help me since it was not in their power to to investigate the matter. They told me to open a case at the police and when i got there they told me they can't help me since i don't have the copy of the person who opened the account. when i got to FNB they told me they don't have the copy of the person either. So am confused i just don't know what to do anymore and i want hello peter to help.
