Shocking customer service – CNA Trade route

On Saturday, 12th January 2012 I purchased a dictionary for my son. The teller was unpleasant and after pay by credit card pushed the book to me. I requested for a plastic bag and she grunted it was 25 cents. I then told her if she had asked me initially I would have paid. I asked for the manager (Monic) who then came and when I mentioned complaint SHE WALked away. I asked for staff to call her she then returned but ignored me. I then asked for her manager. As I was talking she walked away. After 10 minutes I get a call from Rencha (083 442 6683) again while explaining my problem the line is cut.
It seems like CNA management is not interested in customer service.
