Rude and abusive staff at Zara Waterfront

I was walking in to Zara at the Waterfront, where I regularly shop and was rudely told "I could not enter" and was stopped with an outstretched arm. I asked why and the security guard grunted to my coffee (which was covered and almost finished). I had walked through several high-end stores in the Wfront with same coffee and no-one had any issues including Country Road and Max Mara). Had he asked me politely to dispose of it, or to leave it at the entrance, I would happily have obliged. I asked to speak to the manager and motioned to walk into the store, but was told I had to wait at the entrance and be publicly humiliated like a naughty school child. The security guard took about 7 minutes to locate the manager because he could not get the attention of the sales assistant who was busy admiring herself in front of the mirror! The manager arrived and told me I could contact Cynthia at H/office if I was unhappy and walked off, never once apologizing. I called the H/office number were I was told that Cynthia was in a meeting and I was speaking to "payroll" - my call was not returned. This total disregard and belittling of a customer is a sad commentary on Zara's complete arrogance.
