8 month old chairs fixed!

So very impressed with the service from Coricraft. I bought 6 cream Parsons dining-room chairs in February at Cresta. One leg on each chair came loose last week. I sent an email and it was arranged that Botha would come and tighten them on Tuesday! He did despite it being 18h15. While he was here my geyser water pipe burst and he dropped what he was doing and ran around trying to switch the water off... we both got sopping wet but managed in the end. He did this all willingly and with a smile. He fixed the chairs, showed me what to do and left the Allan key with me for future use. What a gem he is and I hope he gets rewarded for his amazing customer service. Coricraft deserves public accolade for this! Thank you so much!
