Unfairly treatment at eastgate Edgars

After the committed against my account I went to Edgars in eastgate to lodge a dispute. l had all the required documents in place.after the dispute was lodged I requested to have the copy of the document as a proof that I actually did lodge a dispute, to my surprise I was told that what I am requesting is impossible, dimakatso the lady who was helping us said so n called the manager Mr gasa n he just confirmed what she said, but being reasonable I understood n requested for a fax or email report as they said they have emailed the docs to dispute office, this too they ccouldn't do..the funny part is the was another white lady who was being helped about the same problem as mine, but at the end she requested for her copies and she was given them just like that while I'm still waiting for some kind of proof, when I asked dimakatso the lady who was helping me what just hardened shejust ignored me and call another customer and the so called manager didnt even say a word.. thanks to some gentleman called teboho who then took the documents and made me some copies... so what I realised is that in Edgars eastgate u r treated by the colour of your skin... this 2013 come on guys
