Good day again

I would like to make a follow up on my previous Edgars complaint. After lodging a complaint with you, Edgars called me and advice me to go to the store and fill the dispute forms. I did all that and also included the affirdavit stating the reasons of the dispute. I did the follow up and explained to Edgars that Im still receiving the sms from their attorneys that I am going to be blacklisted while they are still busy with their dispute investigations, and was told to ignore those sms until the dispute has been resolved. This morning when I was doing the follow up on the matter was told to consult VVM Attorneys because Edgars is no longer involved. VVM attorneys said they cannot comment on my quiries as they only received the details of this account on 6 July 2013, and I should just pay. Now, I am still having the same concerns I had raised before:
Why is the payment I made to Edgars not reflecting in their system?
What does the Law say in this matter?
How can I be expected to have a receipt dating back to 2001?
How can Edgars say they are no longer involved in this matter whereas they are part of where it all started and payment was made to their store?
