I was charged /-R3000 for OTA.I immediately contacted Edgars (16/01/14) and spoke to Trevor who logged a case. I didnt receive feedback in 48hrs & called on 20/01/14 to be told by Pauline "admin"is offline&promised f/back in 48hrs.23/01/14, I went to Edgars (in Sandton)& fill in a dispute form. I spoke to Nomsa (manager) who advised I did not need to complete a dispute form as this is not purchases made. She made copies of my documents, promised this matter will be resolved in the morning.at 1pm today (24/01/14) I still did not hear from edgars. I spoke to Pauline, who advised "admin was offline". I insisted that I get f/back today, she arranged Tebogo to call, who is the rudest, unhelpful, ignorant man that I have ever come across. He told I needed to go to edgars/jet and fill in a dispute form. I told him that I had been&was told I didn't need to complete this, he told me it is up to me if I want to or not. He didnt assist me at all! the number that has been downloading this airtime is a number belonging to RMCS (edgars/jet mobile). I am tired of trying to sort out what is a fault from edgars & deal with their staff who clearly isn't trained properly. I am being charged int.&a bad credit history.
