Today I requested my credit report from ITC only to found out that there is an account that was open at edgards Johannesburg cbd under my name, and I myself doesn't have any clothing account, the minute I realized that I am a victim of I contact Edgar's to understand when the account was open, who much was the account owing etc,

They advised me to go to the nearest edgars store which I did after going tho the Police station to write an affidavit to swear by all my being that I never open the account.

I went to Fourways mall edgars to lodge a dispute, my issue is the dispute is recorded on paper not on the system, what if the person goes back to the store and buy again, is it edgars losing an opportunity to nail the perpetrator in action? The feedback process is not clear I'm told to came back after two months to check, why can't edgars contact me I want to prove beyond reasonable doubt I didn't open that account and all I want is for my name to be cleared,

I pay all my debt on time the edgars one is the one which is not being paid. That's another proof, that I am not the one who opened the accoun
