Aca Joe
Loss of Goods

As I was entering the Aca Joe store with my friends yesterday, one of the assisting ladies took my school book bag & my Mr Price shopping bag with brand new clothes inside. After my friends and I had purchased a few items from the Aca Joe store, the assisting lady only gave me back my school bag & my Mr Price Shopping bag was nowhere to be found & when I asked her what had happened she kind of ignored me. I went to the manager to report the matter but he just brushed it off and gave me no assistance to recover the goods I lost. I am not happy about the level of concern that the Aca Joe staff gave to me, it felt as if I was not taken serious just because I'm not too old. I sacrifice my studying time to earn the money I shop with.
