Ignored and time wasted

Sunday 27 January i went to the Mr Price Home store at Gateway to load items onto my baby registry. I found the Kiosk and logged on and tried to get the attention of a store employee as i was unsure of how to load items. i stood at the Kiosk for 25mins and not a single employee asked if i required assistance. My mother whom was with me was also unsuccessful in getting assistance. So while in the store i called the store, 1st call was picked up and put down straight after. i redialed and i spoke with a lady who confirmed that the Gateway Store did do baby registry and i could come in and would be assisted. I pointed out to her that i was already inside the store for over 30mins and had received no assistance. I went back to the kiosk and waited for the staff member she was sending over to help me. After waiting another 20mins and still no one assisting us, we walked out. Utter waste of time!
