Valentines Day Delivery Fail!

Ordered a bunch of roses for my girl to be delivered on Valentines Day. Received an sms stating the flowers are running late but will be delivered by 7pm. Waited around till 7pm - no delivery. Went out after 7pm and got someone to wait to receive the flowers @ home. No delivery. No sms. No phonecall. No email. Next day spent half an hour before could get through to call centre. Explained my problem. Promised follow up by manager - No feedback received. Sent email, received acknowledgement but no feedback. 1 week later and nada. No acknowledgement of the up, no apologies, no refund, Nada. If i didn't like ur desserts as much as I do I come there and burn you down!!! Motherfathers!!!
