Complaining customer threatened with arrest

A senior couple needing monthly medication. The past months experienced ever increasing queues waiting for meds, At times the wrong meds is dispensed when brought back for replacement, is then refused . complaining did not make this improve, tried to remain calm as Discovery recommend Clicks. 20th of February the last straw!! Arrived at 12:00 to collect medication, dispensing delayed due to untrained staff, trained staff made it worse. Dispensing was registered and could therefore not be repeated. Issue now became the clients problem.. We leave and return at 16:00 . No attention was given to the problem. Needless to say this charged serious debate and objection, Her assertive objections to this incompetency is misconstrued and perceived to be agressive, SECURITY is called and she is embarrassed in public by this. Security asks the manager in a confrotational manner, do we have to remove her?? During this explosive situation the problem remain unsolved. Discovery is telphoned to assist Thanks to the courtesy of one employee we agree to go home. Meds together withs scripts are delivered later that evening at home. We will go elsewhere!!
