Paid cash for our lounge suite on 14/03/2012. I contacted them in mid July to report that both the 2 & 3 seaters were sinking, was told they would call me back, after 4 different people and more than 10 telephone calls made by me they picked up the lounge suite on 07/08/2012 - repaired and returned it on the 24/08/2012, with nothing for us to sit on during this period. In November 2012 i called & reported the same faults with the same 2 & 3 seaters. No response, eventually i went into the store on the 17/12/2012, mngr: Cambridge was off duty but returned my calls in the 2nd week January 2013, told me my issue had been escalated to the Regional Mngr: Sandra Howie who did not contact me with feedback. Eventually i go back to the store 06/02/2013 speak to new Mngr: Tyrone Souter who PROMISES to call me with feedback that same day. I call Tyrone back on the 07/02/2013 & listen to his excuses for not keeping his promise. Tyrone then tells me it has to go back to the maufacturer. Lounge suite is picked up on the 10/02/2013 and im told that i will get feedback by 13/02/2013. I called him on 20/02/2013 he told me he will call me back that day but did not. I still do not have a lounge suite
