Gillette Shaving Gel and Poor Customer Follow-Up

In late December 2012, I purchased a Gillette Series Shaving Gel for my husband. We discovered that the bottle contained Shaving Cream and not Gel as indicated on the packaging.
On 2 January 2013, I telephoned the RSA Customer Care line and spoke to a lady who recorded my complaint and informed me that she would send me a voucher as compensation. She asked me for an address at which I could be found during the day as a courier would deliver the voucher.
Nearly a month later, I still had not received the voucher. I again called the Customer Care line (30 January 2013) to enquire about the delay. The lady I spoke to this time informed me that the company does not use a courier and actually posts the vouchers. The lady then informed me that she would look into the issue and call me back. I am still waiting, 2 weeks later. I have now spent the equivalent amount of airtime calling the Customer Care line as as I did for the faulty product, and I refuse to call for a third time.
Procter and Gamble/Gillette, consider me a very disappointed customer who will most certainly avoid your products in the future.
