BAD EXPERIENCE OF PAMPERS PRODUCT and SERVICE

We have always used Pampers and purchased a pack of Pampers in August as usual. However, suddenly our baby was wet through by 3am every night, and for a week we had to change her completely (and her bedding) until I thought to check the Pampers nappies. I found that the nappies were all defective, with a band of the inside absorbent material missing in the front of each nappy. I phoned the P&G customer care line. They collected the pack of defective nappies to be taken to their laboratory. I finally received a letter in the post admitting that the nappies were defective, apologising for the inconvenience. They included a voucher for... R100. A pack of 48s alone costs R164 at the outlet I shop at... so they could not even bring themselves to refund the cost of the pack of defective nappies. Not a very good brand experience at all... Well, I trotted along to buy another pack of Pampers with my voucher. Got home and discovered that every singe nappy in this pack is DEFECTIVE too. I phoned the customer care line to voice my displeasure. This time I took the nappies back to the shop, as I want FULL COMPENSATION, not R100. I bought a pack of Huggies, and will not use P&G products again
