I had purchased a bottle of Gillette Pro Fusion Shaving Gel from a retail store in Richards Bay in the beginning of June 2013. Recently the shaving gel seems to have 'frozen" and it will not come out of the bottle. Using my brains I decided to submerge the Shaving Gel bottle in a bowl of boiling hot water; half an hour later I was able to use the shaving gel; 3 days later I had encountered the same problem as the shaving gel seem to had "frozen" again. Angry as I was I called the call centre on 0860 112 188 on Monday, 8 July 2013; I spoke to a lady, explained my dilemma and was promised that a courier service would fetch the defective product the following day (Tuesday, 9 July 2013). Four days later no one had came to my home and no one had contacted me to even aplologise for not showing up. Friday the 12 July 2013 I contacted the call centre again and spoke to Dudu Dlamini @ 14:20 pm. I was promised AGAIN that the courier service would either come that same day or the following Monday i.e. today 15 July 2013. So far nothing has happened! This is the most service ever from such a huge corporate company! I'm tired of having to run after these people.
